Example prompt: Bike route under 30 minutes to work plus practical night-time safety in the block.

Property constraints

Example prompt: Budget-sensitive, minimum BER B, no ground-floor units, and minimum 2-bedroom layout.
Example prompt: Pets allowed, fixed deposit rules, and at least one parking or close secure bike storage option.
Example prompt: Available immediately with clear move-in date and non-sublet restrictions stated.

Lifestyle and quality filters

Red flags

Example prompt: Exclude basement units unless the listing clearly shows ventilation, daylight, and safe entry.
Example prompt: Exclude "furnished" claims without inventory details, plus listings with vague utility allocations.
Example prompt: Exclude aggressive "last minute only" listings where photos, tenancy period, or legal contact are unclear.
